In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers, the following rules have been established for the use of SUGOI SAUNA.
If you do not abide by these rules, we may stop you from using the facilities, even during the hours of use. Please note that we may also refuse future bookings (use).
In the event of an accident or damage to the facilities, you may be asked to bear the cost of the damage.
SUGOI SAUNA (hereinafter referred to as 'the Facility') Please read the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms and Conditions') before using the facilities of Sugoi Sauna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Facility'). Please be sure to read the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms and Conditions') and agree to the contents of the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are the basis for the agreement between the customer and the Company concerning the use of the bathing services operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Bathing"). These Terms and Conditions form part of the contract between the Company and the Customer in relation to the use of the bathing services operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Bathing"). By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to and abides by all the contents of these Terms and Conditions. Please be aware of this beforehand.

Personal information (name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) will be used to contact the customer in the event of an accident or other emergency in the bath. The Company will endeavor to handle and protect the personal data of its customers in an appropriate manner. Please refer to article 14 for contact details regarding the handling of customers' personal data.

1.Confirmation of health condition and consent

Customers who are not allowed to use the bath by a doctor, customers with the following health conditions, customers who are not in perfect physical condition, and other customers who have problems using the bath should refrain from using the bath. Customers who have consumed alcohol are also not permitted to use the baths for health reasons.

Health conditions that prohibit the use of this bathing service

ContraindicationsAcute illness (especially with fever), active tuberculosis, serious heart disease, respiratory, medullary or renal failure, bleeding disorders, skin diseases, other generally ongoing illnesses, severe anemia, guests who may be suffering from infectious diseases, pregnancy (especially early and late stages) or guests who may be pregnant. Customers who are or may be pregnant, have hypertension, diarrhea, have just undergone surgery or are extremely fatigued, have an injury that results in bleeding, etc.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you do not fall into any of the above-mentioned categories, and you confirm that the Company shall not be liable for any physical condition or other damage or harm caused by your being in any of the above-mentioned categories. Notwithstanding the above, the use of the baths is at the customer's own discretion and the Company shall not be held responsible for any physical changes.

Customers who feel unwell while using the baths should immediately stop using the baths and inform a member of staff.
If necessary, a medical institution will be contacted and first aid will be provided.

3. prohibitions on use

The following acts are prohibited in the use of the baths and must be strictly observed. If a customer violates or threatens to violate such prohibited acts, the use of the baths may be suspended, the customer may be asked to leave the company's facilities or other measures may be taken.

(1) It is prohibited to bring flammable items (newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, etc.) into the bathrooms.

(2) It is prohibited to enter the premises with pets.

(iii) It is prohibited for men and women to enter this facility together.

(iv) The use of the bathrooms for purposes other than the use of the hot baths, such as defecation, hair dyeing, reddening, washing, etc., is prohibited.

(5) Please refrain from taking up space in the sauna rooms and showers, etc., and please share the space with others.

(vi) In order to avoid electrical leakage and ignition, it is forbidden to throw objects into the sauna stove or to pour water on the sauna stove.

(vii) Smoking is strictly prohibited in this facility. Eating, drinking and drinking in the bathrooms are prohibited. This does not apply to the use of the water server provided in the building or the paid drink bar to replenish your fluids.

(viii) Please refrain from taking photographs of the staff or other guests in the premises. Unauthorized filming, recording or posting on social networking sites that can identify other guests is prohibited. Please pay attention to internet literacy.

(ix) Photography at the premises may not be used for sales, publicity, advertising, solicitation or other commercial activities (except those approved by the Company). (x) Please refrain from taking towels and other equipment out of our facilities.

In addition to the preceding items (⑫), acts that violate these Terms and Conditions, cause hindrance to the Company's business, damage the Company's facilities, equipment or fixtures, or cause discomfort or inconvenience to other customers are prohibited.
Tattoo Policy
At Sugoi Sauna, we want all of our guests to be able to enjoy bathing, so we only allow use of our facilities if you abide by our [Tattoo Policy]. Please make sure that the total area of the tattoo exposure is within the size of an A4 sheet.
If you are exposed to more than A4 size, please cover yourself with a supporter, rash guard, leggings (spats), etc. (We will provide these items for a fee, but you can also bring your own. (We can provide these items for a fee, or you can bring your own.)
If you do not abide by our Tattoo Policy, you will not be allowed to use our services. We have established this rule in view of the social situation that many people feel intimidated or uncomfortable with tattoos or associate them with anti-social forces, while there are various guests, both Japanese and non-Japanese, with different cultures and customs. (We do not allow people with or without tattoos who are anti-social groups to enter our facilities.) We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our Tattoo Policy, which was created with the hope that all guests can enjoy bathing.

5. Entry and guidance by staff

If the scheduled bathing time is significantly exceeded, if it is necessary to check the guest's physical condition, or if it is necessary to ensure the safety of the guest's life and body, the staff may ask the guest to enter the room. In the event of a fire, earthquake or other emergency, you must immediately stop using the sauna, leave the premises and follow the instructions of the staff.

6.Storage of valuables

Customers are requested to take care of their own personal belongings in the event of injury or illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal belongings during the use of the bathing facilities. The Company accepts no liability for any damage incurred by the customer in connection with the use of the bathing facilities, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Company. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer in connection with the use of this bathing service, unless otherwise provided for in these Terms and Conditions, etc., if the damage is attributable to the Company (except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Company). In the event that the Company is liable for damages arising out of the use of the Service, the Company shall be liable only for the ordinary and direct damages suffered by the Customer (whether or not foreseeable, not including special damages and lost earnings). The liability shall be limited to the extent that the customer has suffered damage (whether or not foreseeable, not including special damage and loss of earnings).

7.Prohibition of violent acts, etc.

Acts of violence, threats of violence, violent demands, unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility, spreading rumors, using false information or force, damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or obstructing their business, acts against public order and morals, and speech or behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers are strictly prohibited. If you are found doing so, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please note that the police and other relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8.Suspension of use and cancellation of reservations due to equipment malfunction, etc.

（In the event that the Company deems it difficult for a customer to use the bathing facilities due to a malfunction or breakdown of the facilities (equipment at the Company's facilities) or other reasons, the Company will suspend the use of the bathing facilities or cancel the reservation for that day. Detailed information regarding the cancellation of reservations will be posted on the website or in a notice from the facility.

Any damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) incurred by the Company as a result of the Customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as 'damage etc.'). For damage, defacement, etc. of our facilities, equipment or fixtures caused by the customer's intention or negligence, or damage, etc. caused by the loss of the sauna room key or other fixtures, the customer shall pay compensation equivalent to the amount of replacement cost, repair cost, cleaning cost or other damage, etc.

We may repost, retweet or otherwise use photos posted by customers on our official SNS accounts (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.) in relation to the Sauna. Please be aware of this.

We promise to respect your privacy and personal information and to handle it appropriately.

11.Non-applicability to anti-social forces

Use of this bathing service is strictly prohibited if any of the following applies. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer represents and warrants that he/she does not fall into any of the following categories. In the unlikely event that such a situation is discovered after the fact, the customer will be asked to leave the premises immediately after notifying the police or other relevant authorities as necessary, and will also be prohibited from using the premises in the future. No refunds will be made for the usage fee.

(i) Persons who are members of gangs, gangsters, quasi-constituents of gangs, companies affiliated with gangs, general assemblymen, etc., social movements, etc., special-intelligence violent groups or other similar persons (hereinafter referred to as 'anti-social forces').

(ii) Persons who have fallen under the category of Anti-Social Forces in the past five years.

(iii) A person whose management is controlled or involved by a person who has a close relationship with antisocial forces

(iv) Persons who themselves use or provide funds or facilities to Anti-Social Forces.

(v) Persons who have a socially reprehensible relationship with antisocial forces.

12. Changes to these Terms and Conditions, etc.

The Company may, if it considers it necessary, change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the Customer, either by placing or posting the amended Terms and Conditions in the Facility or on the Company's website. If this is the second or subsequent use of the baths by the Customer or the first use of the baths by the Customer after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions (as amended, if any), including any representations as to his/her state of health at the time of such use.

13.Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan and any disputes arising in relation to the Terms and Conditions or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as court of first instance.
