Do I need to bring anything?
No,You don’t need to bring anything. Uniform (bathing suits), towels, and various amenities are provided free of charge.
Does the usage time include time spent outside of the sauna room?
Your time includes the time you spend in the sauna room, such as changing clothes.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are not required, but you may be asked to wait during busy times. If you make a reservation in advance through the app, you will not have to wait.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. Please note that even if you contact us, you will not be able to use the room if the next customer has already made a reservation.
I have a tattoo, can I still use the sauna?
We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy bathing, so we welcome guests with tattoos. However, we reserve the right to deny use to anyone with or without tattoos if they are found to be intimidating or disruptive to other guests, regardless of their tattoos. For details, please refer to Article 3 (⑫Tattoo Policy) of the 《Terms of Use》.
Are foods and drinks provided?
Water from the water server is provided free of charge. A drink bar is available for a fee (500 yen), but no food is provided.
Are swimsuits available for rent?
We have free rental equipment available. We ask that you wear a bathing suit when bathing. You may also bring your own bathing suit.
What methods of payment are available?
The spa is a cashless store. Various credit cards, QR code payment, and electronic money (other than transportation systems) are accepted.
What amenities are provided?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial cleanser, skin care lotion, milky lotion, cotton swab, toothbrush, razor, and hair dryer are available. *This may vary depending on the store. *All of the above can be used free of charge. Please note that there are a limited number of hair dryers available, so please be aware that you may have to wait during busy times.
Can I use my cell phone or smartphone in the facility?
Cell phones and smartphones may be used in areas other than the changing rooms. Please refrain from talking loudly as it may disturb other guests. Taking pictures, recording, or posting on social networking sites without the permission of other guests is prohibited. Please be mindful of internet literacy.
Are towels included in the fee?
Towel rental is included in the fee, so there is no additional charge.
Can I extend the hours of use?
If you exceed the basic usage time (60 minutes for men / 90 minutes for women), an extension fee of ¥250 per 10 minutes will automatically be charged. If a customer who has reserved a course in advance wishes to extend the time, please ask our staff to do so within the time.
Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is not permitted in the facility. Please note that there is no smoking area.
Is there an age limit?
Minimum age for use is junior high school. Please note that we may ask you to confirm your age
Is there a safe deposit box?
A safe deposit box is not available. Please manage your valuables by yourself.
Is there parking available?
Parking is not available. Please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.
Can I talk in the sauna?
Yes, it is possible. Please keep your conversation at a volume that does not disturb surrounding guests.
